The project involves the realization of a new Bricoman store in the “AEV Terraglio” area, in a strategically located and easily accessible location. The intervention, still in its design phase, is configured as a Large Retail Structure, with a Gross Floor Area of 9,435 m².
The building will be built with a prefabricated structure and steel framework, with a maximum height of about 11 meters. The functional program includes large retail areas, both internal and external, large storage areas, service areas and parking spaces for about 300 vehicles.
The project feature the development of internal circulation and the completion of the urbanization works, which includes a landscaped area with new plantings, to enhance landscape integration.

The new building will be arranged on a single operational floor, with a raised office area directly accessible from the sales floor. The main entrance, located alongside a secondary road, will be marked by a large glass façade which will illuminate with natural light the main lobby, where the visitor services and a café will be located.
Adjacent to the building, an equipped green area will be developed, with trees, benches and a cycle and pedestrian path which will connect the Mestre Ospedale train station to via Baseggio, offering a resting and recreational space accessible to the community.
The structure will be fitted with high-performance facilities to ensure thermal and visual comfort, as well as energy efficiency. The project includes the installation of a photovoltaic system for the production of renewable energy, in line with the objectives of environmental sustainability and energy consumption reduction.
