The designed project consists of a technical and economic feasibility study for the realization of a new multi-family building within a short distance from the historic center of Treviso, along one of the city’s main arteries. The intervention area stands out for its proximity to the Sile River, a natural element with significant environmental and scenic value, which contributes to the definition of a picturesque and high-quality residential area.
The residential complex is built on five stories above ground, characterized by balanced volumes that integrate with the surrounding urban and natural environment. The specific location of the plot allows the building to be part of an ecosystem that is both natural and urban at the same time, granting all residential units to be completely surrounded by nature, while still being located near one of the main roads.
The building comprises 14 apartments of varying dimensions, from 60 up to 120 sqm, designed to satisfy diverse residential needs. Each unit is equipped with double and single bedrooms, spacious and bright living rooms that look out onto terraces and private gardens. The ground floor will feature parking garages, utility rooms, and a spacious bike storage area, promoting a sustainable and modern lifestyle.
The proposed architecture favors clean lines, a functional distribution of internal spaces, and a thoughtful connection with open spaces. The integration into the urban context occurs with environmental awareness, thanks also to the proximity to the Sile River and the network of bike and pedestrian paths in the immediate surroundings. The project aims to offer contemporary, efficient housing solutions, consistent with the historical and natural context of the Treviso region.
