The residential project is located in the Zianigo district, in the municipality of Mirano (VE). The area is intended for future residential development, which will include the construction of multi-family residential buildings. These will be developed on four above-ground floors and a basement that will function as a garage, which is partly already constructed. The project involves the construction of three new buildings, using the granted volume allowance and integrating it with the additional one granted from the regional Home Plan.
The buildings will have a modern design with balconies, sunshades and glass parapets, and will be built with traditional techniques, using columns made of armed cement and bricks, foreseeing the installation of solar panels. The project complies with the regulations relating to setbacks and height limitations, as well as those concerning private and public parking lots. In addition, the orientation and materials used are expected to yield good energy efficiency.
