Special attention was paid to indoor comfort: the building is equipped both of natural aeration, facilitated by the presence of skylights and glass surfaces, and of efficient mechanical systems, in compliance with health and hygiene regulations.

From a constructive point of view, the materials that were chosen guarantee durability and safety: the interior flooring is made of non-slip and washable clinker tiles, while the external draining surfaces contribute to to limiting the hydraulic impact of the project on the urban area.

The access layout, with separate traffic flows for entry and exit and well-organized route, facilitates the management of vehicle circulation. The project is completed by architectural features, such as the entrance canopy and the glazed vestibule, which enhance user experience and strengthen the identity of the new complex.
