In 2024, Bottega Distillery opened a new production facility in Brugnera, located in the province of Pordenone, dedicated to the production and aging of spirits and liqueurs. The intervention stemmed from the need to expand manufacturing capacity and took shape through the restoration of an existing industrial building of approximately 11,700 square meters, which was completely renewed and reconfigured according to specific operational requirements.
The new production facility is part of a broader plan to enhance the company’s overall manufacturing capacity. The building, an existing warehouse of approximately 11,700 sqm, has been completely restored and adapted to host all the activities related to the production of spirits and liqueurs, paying special attention to spatial functionality and workflow organization.
Inside the facility can be found bottling lines, areas allocated to the product’s processing and aging, storage areas for raw materials and packaging supplies, as well as spaces dedicated to the dispatch of finished goods. The complex is rounded out by offices, staff areas, a laboratory, and a tasting hall. The project also included the upgrading of existing utility systems, the construction of a new electrical room, and the redefinition of the architectural façades, with the creation of new window openings to ensure natural light and ventilation in all areas.
