The redevelopment of Piazza Marconi in Spinea intends to provide the municipality with a new and strong central point that it does not have right now. The project is aimed at starting the redevelopment of the central areas beginning with the square currently used as a parking lot, creating a multifunctional building, a cultural hub for debate, learning and information, best described as “Piazza del Sapere”, adopting the definition of Antonella Agnoli.
