The building is located between via Tito and Viale Giustiniano Imperatore, in the Garbatella neighborhood in Rome (Municipio VIII).
The development is made up of a single building the construction of which begun in 2004 and were partially concluded in 2011. The building, sitting abandoned until nowadays, experienced numerous damages and caused detriment to local residents.

The project involves the renovation of all internal and external spaces, and of the focused expansions followed by the energy requalification of the entire building which includes the realization of renewable energy powered systems replacing fossil fuel-based systems.
The four star Radisson Blu hotel features 200 rooms, including about 30 suites, a conference center, a bar, a restaurant, a gym, a spa and two pools (one heated outdoor and one indoor).
All these services will be accessible both to guests and external visitors.
