The building presents a modern and dynamic design, the ground floor’s external walls will be painted in a darker color compared to the upper portion, creating a visual contrast. The roofs will be double pitched with opposed inclinations and slopes, and the southward ones are going to be dedicated photovoltaic system. The internal spaces are designed to maximize usable space, with an open-plan kitchen which seamlessly integrates itself with the living room.

To guarantee an elevated thermal comfort, both the roof slab and the building’s habitable rooms are made of wood. The roof slabs will be properly isolated. The heating will be provided by underfloor heating panels, and 46 photovoltaic panels will be installed on the south facing roofs. Furthermore, all window and door frames will have high thermal insulation, contributing to the overall energy efficiency of the building.
