The project involves the urban transformation of a disused industrial building of 15,000 square metres, built in the 1960s in the production area of Porto Marghera. The intervention will recuperate a part of the city that is currently in a condition of severe urban decay. The structure, in fact, even though it is not far from the residential districts of Marghera, is located in an area with old disused industrial buildings.

With the redevelopment, the western buildings of the compendium, or those closest to the inhabited city, will be transformed into offices, shops and a restaurant-bar. The area of the warehouses, on the other hand, will be converted into a large covered wholesale market, but also open to the public. The project also includes the construction of a water platform for the exchange of goods with Venice.
Interior design for the Gustoclick restaurant
Gustoclick is a lounge bar restaurant that immediately gives a sense of uniqueness, both in taste and in the way it operates. The design intends to support this pursuit of distinctiveness through fresh and original furnishing solutions. The bar area is accentuated using tiles with a unique design, which bring freshness and movement to the environment, easily differentiating it from the dining and lounge area. For the latter area, simple design furnishings are used, from chairs to sofas, to provide originality and comfort for the customer.
Within the design, the finishes are a very important focus, which start from the entrance and go all the way to the bathrooms, with wallpapers, lamps with a singular design and furnishing details.
